Shipping policy

Shipping is fixed and based on size and weight as accurately as possible. Shipping overage will be refunded to the buyer if the shipping charge was substantially less than anticipated.

Larger items are only for local pickup and will be stated in the listing. 

Contact us if you receive a damaged item.  Retain all packaging materials including bubble wrap and box, and forward pictures of those materials to us.
